These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between zd99 and its users. When you use the zd99 website, mobile app or any of its services, these Terms apply automatically. Only one account is permitted per person, household or device. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

To create an account you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Including any false or misleading information during registration is strictly prohibited. If any of your details change, update your profile immediately or notify the support team.

3.2 Password and Account Security

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing financial transactions we may conduct an identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) process. This process may require a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC is completed.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into your zd99 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. If any additional transaction fee applies for a method, this will be clearly communicated at the time of deposit. Only deposits from an account or card registered in your own name are permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will be returned only via the same method used to make the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency conversion will be completed at zd99's prevailing exchange rate and an additional conversion charge may apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can enjoy a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To make this bonus withdrawable, a wagering requirement of 15x the total of the bonus and deposit combined must be met. Funds derived from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry, maximum bet limit and game eligibility conditions.
• Not all games played with bonus funds contribute to the wagering requirement — see the details of the specific offer.
• zd99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• In cases of bonus misuse or abuse, the right to close the account and forfeit the bonus is reserved.
• Another bonus cannot be added while one is already active unless specifically stated otherwise.

5.3 VIP Program

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on zd99 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG). If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or server issue, the bet for that round will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to modify or hack game software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through collusion or multiple accounts.
• Misuse of promotional offers or bonus hunting.
• Threatening or harassing other players.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. A final decision will be made based on game logs and server records, and that decision will be binding on both parties.

12.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by notifying the support team. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any available balance must be withdrawn.

12.2 Termination by zd99

zd99 reserves the right to close an account immediately for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, deception or unfair activity.
• Evidence that KYC documents are false or forged.
• Breach of the age requirement.
• Operating multiple accounts.

zd99 reserves the right to briefly suspend the service for routine maintenance or upgrades. We will endeavour to give as much advance notice as possible in such cases.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If both parties fail to reach a resolution through negotiation, mediation will be pursued. International mediation principles will be followed for the resolution of disputes.
